What movies do you hate?

For some odd reason I dislike very much the Princess Bride.

I hate Tron and Fahrenheit 451
... and Im not a fan of horror movies ( except Teeth, loved that film =D )

Tron was just boring beyond anything I have ever watched and made no sense at all. It was so bad, we stopped watching after like 5 minutes. All I know was that it was about computers ... I think

Fahrenheit 451 was good for about 5 minutes then the editing confused the whole storyline to the point were its imposible to watch or let alone grasp why the woman who was best friends with the protagonist one day and malicious stalker the next was beyond me. Also confusing is how the protagonist just randomly has a pile of books in his house -_-

Musicals - I hate them with an absolute passion! And the mother of all



I also greatly dislike Westerns, most action movies (esp martial arts), car chase films and war films. Oh I almost forgot, bad horror movies has to be in there, I love horror and a good scare, but out and out gore, inane zombie movies, giant one-eyed jellies, murderous alien clowns etc etc do nothing for me.

I think Keanu Reeves is THE worst actor ever..and I cant stand watching him try to in any film !

I don't like horror films . No slashers/blood bath films
no Friday the 13th, Freddie movies, Chuckies etc

I am too senstive I think, I'm not entertained by people hurting each other and I vomit at blood (this why I'm not a nurse like mom lol)

However, if I want to be scared...for fun a
A good thriller will do..ghosts,stalkers ,etc..those are scarey if made right. No need for the gore if it's a good plot well acted

Friday the 13th, Halloween, Saw, any of those kind of mindless "Slasher" movies are off my list.(And before all the Saw fanatics pile in and tell me it's "Suspense" more than horror, I just find the whole concept too visceral for my taste.)

I do have a soft spot for some Zombie/Vampire/Monster movies though, I just find them much more fun.

^^Me too Flower, I just watched it on my home theater but the damn directors decision to film it from a cameraman's perspective was terrible. I could understand a few of the crowd scenes being shot to give you the feel of being in the middle of it, but the Whole movie...absolute rubbish. I was cheering for the monster to flatten the whole city about 1/2 way through the movie.

the modern "slasher" film is tops for me. can't stand them.
Not a fan of new vampire/zombie movies even the funny ones don't do it for me.
Also not a fan of musicals and the whole lets make a broadway musical into a movie.

The only films I don't really enjoy at any level are modern day horror films. The older style horror films (yes, Hitchcock included ) I don't mind so much, but the current day ones just don't register on my entertainment radar for whatever reason

My favourites are mystery, psychological & supernatural thrillers, horror that isn't over the top gore or out and out slasher, drama (esp period dramas), comedy and some sci-fi. I love films based on true stories and revenge movies. So, you see, plenty for me to watch!

Oh Astrid, how could you!! I like Keanu! Have to admit though his abysmal English accent in Bram Stoker's Dracula does make me cringe a bit, but he looks so sexy in it I can overlook it
