CRIMINAL.....someone should hang for this! While BP is still making record profits, the USA and Mexico stands to loose some of the best beach front. The Gulf of Mexico will cease to exist as we know it. The eco system is lost. The water is vile and noxious.

what? yesterday morning, they were saying that possibly by the end of the day (or sooner) it might get done, how did we go from hours to 6 months?

I was watching ABC World News and they "hinted" that if the containment dome doesn't work, it could take as long as Christmas to construct a workable cap.

I also heard that their "hotline" has had 12,000 possible fixes. And only 2 of these possible fixes are even being explored.......


Kevin Costners' strainer/oil separater clogged up....and they are working on fixing that.

I'm glad the boycotts are starting to show up.. BP has the highest enviromental fines out of all the oil companies...Something like 270.. compared to the next being Chevron Shell and other oil company's with only 5 to 8 fines.. What does that say about BP??? They look at paying million dollar fines as "A part of business"

A huge oil slick will hit land in the next two hours. More than 150,000 feet of beach along Louisiana's coast is going to get coated within the next couple hours. The storms in the Gulf are pushing the slick into land.

My bet is this... Will be the next thing to have to deal with..

And the guys on the top will never have to clean it up.. They will just lose money.. Just like the rich never go to war..
I would say.. If you have stock in BP and your connected to them.. You should be the first to go clean up the mess your investment has caused..
