A guy called Shuggie Otis, he jammed on stage as a youngster with T-Bone Walker in the Johnny Otis band, a stompin track he did was " Taildragger"
There is an English Jazz/metal/rock fusion guitarist called Shaun Baxter He`s really good.

Think it may take more than matching mole to sort Coward out he needs his Leather Breeches hoisting up over his head and plugging in to some proper tunes.

Maybe some Matching Mole, Gong and Steve Hillage in a dark room would change his ways, a "Flying Tea Pot" never hurt anyone Sweat. I'm thinking a dose of "Pot Head Pixies" would chill Coward out.

Bumping up this thread a bit.. I remembered about this group.. They are excellent. They are a German Jazz Fusion band that started in the 70's. I have a couple of their albums.

Klaus Doldinger & Passport

You'll hear quite a jazz influence on Spirit's first three albums. A great early 70's intrumental jazz fusion band was Secret Oyster from Denmark similiar to that of Weather Report and Mahivishnu Orchestra.
